As a subcommittee member, you will rotate through different portfolios in order to gain insights into what we do in BoW.

Held each semester, the program connects successful candidates with a member of BoW's Executive team, as well as committee alumni who have gone on to forge successful careers in finance, consulting and professional services.

Hear from our senior committee and executives and participate in a networking session. Receive exclusive insights into those who have been in your position before, whether that be university advice, insights on internships or how to make the most out of your university experience, we have you covered!

This event is about giving students the “low down” on how to land “hard-to-get” internships, what’s involved, and how to succeed throughout the program. Hear from a panel of current students who have had previous internship experiences in consulting, professional services and banking.

WIBE aims to tackle the issues women face within the industry and introduce students to the diverse career options available in the finance sector. The event comprises of a series of panel discussions from junior and senior female representatives from leading financial services firms.

We understand how daunting interviews can be and how hard it is to prepare for them. This event

incorporates workshops, networking and personal branding. You’ll even come away with your very own professional headshot.
